svn diff lang/opencoarrays

Updated to 1.8.10.

- added USE_GCC=5+, as the new version doesn't build with clang,
   PR: https://github.com/sourceryinstitute/OpenCoarrays/issues/388

- removed one patch, fixed upstream

- fixed IGNORE string to make portlint happy

All my tests pass on amd64.
