v0.4 Fix permissions issue, Fauxton self test passes, more refined rc.d script

This patch fixes some permissions issue with the previous version.

The rc.d script is also cleaner and should handle better.

Fauxton self test for DB passes.

TODO:
- Stop should stop all processes running as couchdb (currently, it only kills
the beam process, which is usually good enough, but sometimes it does not die)
- Cleanup make file a bit.
- Generate pidfile (nice to have).
