The updating patch

benchmarks/stress-ng: updating to version 0.08.00

Updating the stressor to the last version
Moving to gnu C 11 as language standard.
Several fixes and improvements added on all components.
Recreating all local patches

No merge-quarterly needed.

portlint: OK (looks fine.)
testport: OK (poudriere: 10.3,11.0 on amd64,i386)
