svn diff to upgrade to v0.20.7

Many thanks for your patch, however as swills mentioned in
https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=218573 I don't think the
dependancy versions have ever been correct.  While this patch continues with
the method I had used previously, I think we should do it 'properly'.  Also,
gohugo requires Go 1.8 as of v0.20 rather than Go 1.5.

I have amended your patch with the Go version bump, and better matched the
Github repo revisions with the vendors.json file.
