Looks for ports that contain Makefile's containing 'MASTERDIR' and that also
have a distinfo file.

I'd just create the slave port, override the distribution file / master site
variables as necessary in the slave (make sure the variable can be overridden
using ?+ in the master), then run make makesum to generate the distinfo
