What I did (before your feedback was:

svn cp cad/calculix cad/calculix-ccx
svn mv cad/calculix cad/calculix-cgx

Both ports are fairly independent: cgx can use other solvers, different from
ccx. What keeps them together is that the documentation is installed in
${PREFIX}/share/doc/CalculiX. At some point we may drop the run dependency.
I don't care much about renaming or not, but it looks somewhat confusing to
have a -ccx without a -cgx counterpart.

I plan to add other calculix- ports. There are some tools to do format
conversions and a python frontend.

Also it was not possible to do the CR request from the command line, it kept
asking for my password, and the MOVED file kept changing every time I updated
ports.
