I cannot reproduce it. Perhaps you are still using the cgx from cad/calculix?

Also, what version of FreeBSD are you using? (uname -a).
This was tested on 11.1.

The main of idea of breaking apart cgx and ccx is that we don't use GCC or
glibc at all. Please make sure that is the case by making sure that both cgx
and the build time dependencies are generated by clang.
