Your issue is not with the port, which deinstalls fine on my computers, there
is no code inside to prevent deinstallation.

It appears to be an issue with your local system, and something between pkg,
sqlite, your hardware, your databases (/var/db/pkg/local.sqlite in particular),
your file systems.

Try running pkg in debug mode (pkg -d delete ...) and ask the pkg guys through
the mailing lists or on IRC.

I can't help you, sorry. Please no further posting to this bug unless you can
isolate the issue and trace it back to a fault in the e2fsprogs-libuuid port.
