This port is completely broken. If you fix lxml issue, you then get this:
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'click<6.3,>=6.2' distribution was not
found and is required by mitmproxy

and then this:
pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'watchdog<0.9,>=0.8.3' distribution was
not found and is required by mitmproxy

Also, this port is quite outdated. The latest release is 1.0.2, but it requires
python3 exclusively, according to project web-site.
