You didn't reinstall your perl modules after upgrading perl (see UPDATING for
details.

e.g.:
 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/mach/5.14/auto/Digest/SHA1/SHA1.so

This perl module is installed for perl 5.14 but you have perl 5.24.

This is a known limitation in the FreeBSD ports framework, so the extra-steps
in /usr/ports/UPDATING need to be done.
