for splitting the ports I've used the USE_RC_SUBR=
so it's not a complete separation of the programs.

in the patch attached I've also added this subports py-salt-syndic

for all ZEROMQ
for the base port MASTER and MINION

Also I've discovered that there is no problem of conflicts between the various
modules.
