This is stuck waiting until Gtk is updated to 3.20. Changes to theme support in
Gtk3 mean that old themes are not forwards compatible and new themes are not
backwards compatible. I prepared this update in advance so users of the theme
would not loose it with the Gtk3 update, but did not expect to be waiting so
long for that update. There is no urgency here given that the version of the
theme in ports works with the version of Gtk3 in ports. I will commit this
theme update whenever Gtk3 is finally updated.
