Devel/gdb does not configure on 10-3amd64 with 
USES= compiler:c++14-lang


configure: error: in `/ram/usr/ports/devel/gdb/work/gdb-8.0':
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables

/usr/local/sbin/pkg-static info -g -Ea).
