Patch

- Rename to lazyread, as this is canonical application name, mentioned on the
site and in the docs. Also fixes conflict with sysutils/lr
- Assume /usr/bin/lesspipe.sh always exists, which is true for all currently
supported FreeBSD releases
- Cleanup and simplify the port
