--- Comment #9 from peter.henderson at ieee.org ---
I'm having the same problem.
I recently reinstalled FreeBSD from a memstick a repopulated /usr/ports. The
memstick image was downloaded on 2017/03/18 and during the installation I
repopulated the ports tree and ran portsnap.
Looking at the dates on the files I have, the most recent patch file is dated
2016/10/04. The Makefiles in opencv and opencv-core are dated 2017/04/14.
These are Australian Eastern Standard time.
Also, between when I first rebuilt my ports opencv2-core was installed.
Sometime, between 2017/04/11 and 2017/04/15, opencv2 silently disappeared.
There's nothing about it in my UPDATING file, dated 2017/04/13. This is why
I've been trying to install opencv.
I've just tried removing all the files from opencv and opencv-core and running
portsnap. Nothing was updated. It looks like r438490 hasn't filtered through
to the portsnap system yet.
