After startup ossec the folder /usr/local/ossec-hids/queue/rootcheck/
and file /usr/local/ossec-hids/queue/rootcheck/rootcheck is missing. Thus have
to be created.
Error can be found in /usr/local/ossec-hids/logs/ossec.log some minutes after
startup.
