diff update immortal 0.12.0

Implemented option "halt" to send a signal TERM and exit the supervisor.

This helps to do a "restart" with is stop/start and in case the app been run
change or has new environments they will be reloaded.


Fixed man pages to be more clear

option - exit, will only exit supervisor
option - halt, will send signal TERM and exit supervisor
option - stop/down, will send signal TERM to the service but not exit the
supervisor
