I'd like to do a few tweaks to the /usr/local/etc/rc.d/epmd script, to tighten
up the lax security of epmd itself http://erlang.org/doc/man/epmd.html

- add epmd_flags so things like -daemon & -address can be added as needed
- add a `beam` user to the lang/erlang package so that epmd can run as non-root
- run epmd under daemon(8) so that it restarts in case of issue

olgeni@ any thoughts on this?
