patch to update nkf 2.1.4

I can install latest nkf (2.1.4) to FreeBSD/amd64 10.3

1. how to use patch.nkf to modify port
# cd /usr/ports/japanese/nkf
# patch < patch.nkf
# rm files/*.orig

2. check by portlint
# portlint
looks fine.

3. check by poudriere
See ja-nkf-2.1.4,1.log shown as attachment.

Is it better to create the file "pkg-plist" and to remove the item
"PLIST_FILES" from Makefile ?
