upstream is the apache project, in this case:

They have a ticket system, as well. If the program dies, I suggest to research
if someone else reported this in their ticket system:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TS

If not, file a bug report there, and put a link to this PR in their
bugtracker, and put a link to that new PR into this PR.
