Subversion patch which adds fonts to the stage dir

As per subject, fonts are not installed.
This will lead to images not being displayed and replaced with "The image
http://... cannot be displayed because it contains errors".

Typically the following will be recorded in httpd-error.log:

PHP Warning:  imageloadfont(/usr/local/shar
e/jpgraph/fonts/FF_FONT1-Bold.gdf): failed to open stream: No such file or
directory in /usr/local/share/jpgraph/gd_image.inc.php on line 94, referer: ...
