Port update

Diff contains the following changes:
Makefile: Version bump, maintainer email adjustment
distinfo: contents update
pkg-plist: .so version updates

Notable changes from 2.1.4.5 to 2.2.0.0:
  backtick and withstdinas have new -I option for environment cleanup if the
first program crashes
  wait gains an option to set a timeout while waiting on children
  execlineb gains -s option for improved $@ management
