Deprecate security/py-pyme
The pyme bindings have been merged into the gpgme source and are being
maintained there. See:
https://www.gnupg.org/blog/20160921-python-bindings-for-gpgme.html
I have created security/py-gpgme for the new bindings, and I am suggesting
deprecation of security/py-pyme since the two ports cannot coexist. Since no
other ports depend on security/py-pyme, I recommend an EXPIRATION_DATE 30 days
from now.
