I've fixed the Port japanese/dbskkd-cdb to follow the latest release avaialble
in GitHub.

See fix-diff.gz for the patch file (note that the file READMEJP contains EUC-JP
encoding and READMEJP.md contains UTF-8 encoding, so I've compressed the diff
file to preserve the encoding).
