[Bug 209823] libGL/EGL/GLES does not link to lib/.mesa when installing with "pkg add"

After some more testing it seems that even if I use 
pkg -r . install ./libGL-11.1.2.txz
it does not link.

Maybe it's not related to "pkg add" but more to the "-r" option to install to
different root..
