update spoofer to 1.0.1

There is a new release of the spoofer system that includes an optional
scheduler and GUI.  The scheduler will test a network weekly (configurable) and
also test any new network the system attaches to (useful if installed on a
laptop).  I have made the GUI a port option, enabled by default.
