When I run `sudo pkg install php-composer`, I get:

        php-composer: 1.0.0.a11_1
        php56-phar: 5.6.21
        php56: 5.6.21
        php56-hash: 5.6.21
        php56-ctype: 5.6.21
        php56-json: 5.6.21
        pecl-intl: 3.0.0_2
        php56-openssl: 5.6.21

Is there some kind of global FreeBSD setting that says PHP 5.6 is the default
version of PHP?
