Hhmmm... Where should USES=fortran be added to resolve the issue?

xpra doesn't actually use numpy, it is PyOpenGL and pyOpenGL-accelerate that
do. Of those, only the latter uses cython, so the former should be unaffected.
Nonetheless, I tried adding USES=fortran to all three and rebuilding, but alas,
there are still errors when running xpra without the LD_PRELOAD.
