patch to update from 2.14.0 to 2.14.1

QGIS 2.14.1 is only a minor update, but brings some important improvements:

- Bugfixes and longlong (64bit) writing for GDAL2
- Bugfixes for SAGA GIS 2.2.3 and higher
- Switch to (default) and fixes for GRASS7
- Corrections for QGIS server
- Updates to german translation
- many more fixes ...


What this port updates

- QGIS from 2.14.0 to 2.14.1
- Use only Python 2.x
- Adjust Python scripts to correct Python version
- Remove some .py.bak files
- Tweak icons usage
- Update pkg-plist



The patch was tested on Poudriere (9.3i/a, 10.2a, HEADa, with options all
enabled, all disabled and default).

portlint -AC is happy.
