devel/talloc (upgrade), devel/tevent (upgrade), net/samba44 (new port)

Samba 4.4.0 has been released. It also requires updates to devel/talloc and
devel/tevent. I created a concoction that builds and works for me. Ripped out
the patches that no longer apply because they're already applied upstream,
refactored some patches that needed a bit of love. Tore out the RT-AIO stuff,
Samba no longer does that. Edited pkg-plist to reflect the fact that Samba 4.4
no longer installs a bunch of private headers, and some misc stuff that I
cannot remember from 2 of the clock at night. Tested without AD stuff enabled,
builds, installs and deinstalls cleanly on 10-STABLE.
