shar(1) archive of new port
Add the latest major version of npm, the node package manager, as a new port.
This keeps www/npm as 2.x.
This port conflicts with www/npm, and www/npm should be made to conflict with
npm3-*.
I used the existing www/npm/Makefile as inspiration, but chose to avoid rolling
a custom distfile as part of a maintainer specific target. Instead, the port
fetches the necessary dependencies from Github and "installs" them
post-extract. This makes it possible to build without network access, e.g. from
poudriere.
