PORT Upgrade clamav-unofficial-sigs 3.7.2 to 4.9.2

This is an upgrade to the clamav-unofficial-sigs port from 3.7.2 to 4.9.2 which
now uses the eXtremeSHOK script and accurately fetches the Sanesecurity,
FOXHOLE, OITC, Scamnailer, BOFHLAND, CRDF, Porcupine, Securiteinfo,
MalwarePatrol.
The old script is nolonger being updated since 2013.
