Update devel/py-envisage from 4.4.0 to 4.5.1. Thanks to portscout for the
reminder!

Also, do some other changes:
 * switch from GiHub to CHEESESHOP
 * fix LICENSEs (few minor remaining questions sent upstream)
 * change USES=python:2 to USES=python:-2.7 since python2 link is not used by
the port

'svn diff' was run from /usr/ports, QA test results in a follow-up.
