net/mpich2 was marked MAKE_JOBS_UNSAFE while at v1.1.1p1 in r244447.

According to mpich2 wiki FAQ[1], this issue was fixed since v1.5a1. Ports
version is v1.5_3,5 now, so it probably worth giving it another try.
