Patch to update sysutils/zrep to 1.6.1

The version of sysutils/zrep in ports is ancient (3+ years old) and includes a
patch for operation on FreeBSD which is no longer needed. The supplied patch
updates the port to the latest version, 1.6.1. The developer has added FreeBSD
support so the existing files/patch-zrep is no longer needed and should be
removed.

This update was submitted in cooperation with the zrep author.

Note that this patch provides a newer version than the one in pr209852.
