That could be caused by /usr/local/lib/qt5/mkspecs/common/clang.conf (included
from /usr/local/lib/qt5/mkspecs/freebsd-clang/qmake.conf ), because it
contains:

QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_CXX11             = -std=c++11
