svn diff to fix archivers/unalz ( patch )

archivers/unalz is currently marked BROKEN (source unavailable)
this pr(1) fixes that.

Provides:
MASTER_SITES, MAINTAINER, LICENSE, WWW

these changes update, and/or correct the problems currently
associated with archivers/unalz
