Proposed patch (since 386312 revision)

Patch to update multimedia/assimp port from 3.0 to 3.1.1 version.

This version allows to build with using default Clang compiler on FreeBSD
version >= 10.

- Add BOOST option
- Add restrictions for USE_GCC
- Update post-patch and pkg-plist file
