On recent CURRENT (FreeBSD 11.0-CURRENT #0 r295622: Mon Feb 15 07:33:17 CET
2016 amd64), building port www/nghttp2 which is required by icinga2 fails to
update/build due to the follwoing error since to the most recent update of the
ports tree:
