more bugfixes, enhancements, suggestions

* Radio options for libedit, libevent, lz4 
* Add keyrings directory
* Set build type to RELEASE (avoids bloading debugcode and optimizes
compilation, gets faster server)
* Set correct sysconfdir
* Enable PIC
* Disable unit tests
