Backports of current and upcomming Makefile changes from 5.7.11

This patch contains backports for most of the current and upcomming changes to
the Makefiles from 5.7.11

* Use system libs (libedit, libevent, ssl, zlib)
* Radio options for ssl and zlib
* Options to build engines static or dynamic
* Option to skip performance schema
* Disable libwrap support
