This port is a library of external objects that handle the creation,
interpretation and routing of OSC messages in Pd.

The implementation is transport agnostic allowing OSC to be sent and received
via serial, TCP, UDP and possibly other transport layers.

This enables Pd to act as a controller for DAWs or for users to manipulate
patches remotely/from external programs.
