Patch that updates mysql5.7.10 to mysql5.7.11 (using -boots distfile/ ZLIB
radio_option, all libs set to system)

Merged My patch to upgrade and Markus' options/opinions.

All libs defaulted to system ones (but boost, which is used in
mysql-boost-5.7.11 dist-file as Markus suggested ;D)

A Radio option added to let user choose between system ZLib or bundled [as it
was for SSL type] (sure system ZLib is default ;D)

QA:
porttest: OK (poudriere: 9.3 10.1 11.0, all options of port, tested)
portlint: OK
