On a jailhost without IPV6 iocage create fails:

# iocage show all pre_template | grep ip6
ip6_addr:none
ip6_saddrsel:0
ip6:disable

# iocage start pre_template
* Starting 47dc9816-cda8-11e5-8bbe-00224d7f1f0f (pre_template)
jail: unknown parameter: ip6.addr
jail: unknown parameter: ip6.saddrsel
jail: unknown parameter: ip6
  ! Start                FAILED
