Hi Fred,

Since FreeBSD 10.2-RELEASE, the default FreeBSD Package Configuration is the
'Quarterly' package repository. You can read more about that here:

https://wiki.freebsd.org/Quarterly_Branch

You may switch your package configuration to use the 'latest' repository
instead, which follows the HEAD of the ports tree:



/etc/pkg/FreeBSD.conf

Change 'quarterly' to 'latest'

Then update your pkg repository
