update to 1.5.5

- update www/py-formalchemy to version 1.5.5, which is the latest version
available from PyPi.
- switch from GitHub to PyPi
- add missing run-time dependencies for Six and MarkupSafe, convert build-time
dependencies into run-time dependencies and sort them
- mark as architecture independent

Most of this came from koobs@, who is CC'd.
