Update `cad/freecad' port

I wondered why this had been holding for so long, so I took a look and updated
it further:

- the previous patch wouldn't apply cleanly.
- The new maintainer address seemed wrong.
- I don't agree that the application belongs in "Science". Take some time to
think about  it and update later if you still think it should be there.
