The updating patch

benchmarks/phoronix-test-suite: updating to version 6.8.0

Updating this popular benchmark suite to the last version
The suite is entirely php based, then the package is now defined as NO_ARCH.
Some benchmark added and php reporting improved.
No merge-quarterly needed.

portlint: OK (looks fine.)
testport: OK (poudriere: 9.3,10.1,10.3,11.0 on amd64,i386)
options: OK( all options enabled, no option enabled)
