Update archivers/zstd to 1.1.2

Here is a patch to update archivers/zstd to 1.1.2. It has some minor updates,
including some fixes I sent upstream to fix build and test suite issues on
FreeBSD.  (Not that the test suite is run as part of the ports build, but at
least now you can, out of the box, with coreutils installed.)
