- Update to 1.3.2 (see URL for changelog)
- Add |make test| support
- Define LICENSE_FILE
- Switch WWW to PyPI (aka CHEESESHOP)

Add the following to Makefile.local for automation:

  BUILD_DEPENDS+= ${TEST_DEPENDS}
  pre-install:    do-test
